Custom Home Construction
A complete ground-up custom home built around your property, plans, priorities, and finish selections. JDW manages the full construction process from preconstruction through final completion.
What we build
Two paths. Both end with a complete new home.
JDW builds full custom homes and JDW-developed spec homes in Northwest Arkansas.
Spec Home Construction
JDW selects the plan, develops the home, and manages the full build. These are complete new homes designed around durable materials, efficient layouts, ownership cost, and resale value.
